$27 reserves your name for camping for the whole time you are there. (Arrive as early as Friday afternoon, and leave by Wed @ noon) Early arrivals must help gather firewood, set up stages, etc. The cost for the WHOLE time is $27 per PERSON (even if you are doubling up in a tent, still need per person reservation). We have a limit of 200 people, so it is first come, first reserved. Reserve NOW. If you are not on the paid up, reserved list, you will NOT be allowed to camp, even if you want to just crash in someone else tent. The $27 covers firewood, port a potties, showers (might be cold water), generators, entertainment, wireless access to a DSL connection, etc for all, so the fee has nothing to do with space.

If you need transportation to and from the rally on the 2nd (which we strongly advise so you do not have to deal with finding and paying for parking), it is $27 per person as well on a chartered bus. The bus will leave Ronstock at 10:30 AM and return around midnight on Sept 2nd. You can reserve camping now and do the bus reservation later if you think you might drive up, or hitch a ride with someone driving and then change your mind, but we have a deadline of August 20th for bus reservations. If you need transportation on other days to get to other things like the book signing or other classes, then you are on your own for this. Please indicate if you will or for sure will not need the bus to get up there and back on Sept 2. when you send in your reservation. (and go ahead and pay for the bus now if you need it for sure)

Also, the dairy farmer said a neighbor of his has a steer we can have for meat if there is enough interest. It is 450 lbs and $1400. We do not need to commit to it all, but we need a show of hands to see if worthwhile. 1/3 lbs hamburgers will run about $1.50, and a 3/4 - 1 lbs steak migth be $5 or $6. Will include grilling. If only a few are interested, we might skip it. We need to know ASAP to process in time. So please indicate in your reservation yes or no on fresh beef. Payment requests will come after we get enough yes replies, but before we process steer.

If you need initial transportation to the farm or back to town when arriving or leaving, or if your Ronvoy does not deliver you to the farm (this is still being debated), indicate that as well when sending your PayPal so we know. This will cost extra for gas and stuff, but we might have some people who will run shuttle for this and you will just give them some gas money, like $10 each way if they can grab a couple people at once.
